This is a great watch, but also a bit of a let down because it's just highlights, not full matches. The DVD is hosted by Chuck D of Public Enemy and features twelve rounds that define Ali's career and legacy. A rushed history of the legend's life comes between the matches and includes thoughts from his friends, trainers and fans including Sylvester Stallone. Highlight fights include George Foreman, Joe Frazier, Earnie Shavers, Sony Listen and Henry Cooper, to name a few.

I love boxing and was looking forward to seeing Ali in his prime putting on a great show and breathing life into the world of boxing. I got my wish, but it seemed a bit watered down - more sizzle than steak. By that I mean there was more talk than action. The plus to this was hearing from people who witnessed Ali's greatness and helped him become the legend he is today.

The DVD has some extras that will win you over such as some complete fights and sit-down interviews with Angelo Dundee (Ali's trainer), Jerry Izenberg and others. The DVD cover is nice and eye catching. The extras package is very nice and definitely worth watching.

This DVD is great for a quick 45 minute viewing but is not worth a high price tag. It's a shame this DVD was not like the Ringside Mike Tyson DVD, but it/s still worth a watch.
